How much of a deposit is required to reserve my date?
We require a $300 deposit to formally book your date.

 

Is the deposit refundable?
If you cancel your booking 90 days or more prior to your event we will refund your entire deposit. If the cancellation occurs within 90 days we will still refund your deposit IF we are able to secure a new booking for your specifically reserved videobooth. Rest assured, we will do everything we can to secure a new booking in your region so we can get you your full refund.

 

Do you charge extra for setup and teardown time?
No. If you have hired us for 4 hours and your event goes until midnight, we will be completely set up and ready to go no later than 8 P.M. If you require additional time, we charge $300 per hour for overtime.

 

Does our event include an attendant?
Yes. A professional attendant will be present during the entire period to help your guests operate and enjoy their experience.  Attendant will wear a tuxedo if requested.

 

Can we have a special message given to our guest’s?
Absolutely!  You will pre-record a video message which will be burned onto the DVD for the guest. 

 

When is the final payment due?
We require final before set up the day of the event
.

 

What are the dimensions of your kiosk?
Our contemporary Kiosk requires approximately 10' wide by 10' deep.  When coordinating an area for the kiosk, keep in mind that we need space for a small table for the scrapbook. The table can go on either side of the kiosk.
